IT Services Help Desk

Corresponds to the application service support developed by BBT or by our clients, which must be delivered
to users both in the field and remotely in the client’s offices.

LEVELS

LEVEL 1

It provides a 7 × 24 service, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.

It provides the client the security that their request will be resolved in the shortest time and with an optimal result.

Offer bilingual attention, Spanish / English.

LEVEL 2

Provides expert level support in each of the client’s applications. It receives a request for support from users through tickets and telephone, resolves in case this have the solution or derives to Level 3, that is, the Software Factory applications.
It works in extended hours from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. or according to the clients needs.

It offers bilingual attention, Spanish / English.

LEVEL 3

Software Factory – N3 has as its main objective the corrective and evolutionary applications maintenance.
